How long does registration take?
Registration takes no longer than 24hrs. If this is a problem you can also ring us within office hours and we will do our best to register you ASAP.
 
 
     


 

What if I don't want to register?
If you would rather not register, please feel free to use the website in order to source the images you would like and then simply contact us by telephone or email and we will send the image to your email address or on CD in the post if preferred.
 
 
     


 

Can I choose my own password?
Yes, you can. When filling out the online registration form you will be able to choose your own Password.
 
 
     


 

Will my details be passed on to any other sources?
No, any information you supply whilst using the Image Library will be used by Atom Media and PR Ltd only.
 
 
     


 

Is there a maximum number of images I can download?
Images are downloaded individually and there is no limit to the number you may download.
 
 
     


 

What quality are the images?
All of the images are 300DPI or more, although the size of the images may vary.
 
 
     


 

How do I download the images to my computer?
Once your chosen image download appears in your browser window, simply right click to 'Save Picture As' and specify your chosen location. Mac Users may need to 'Ctrl Click' to save the image to their computer.
 
 
     


 

Can I obtain the images another way?
Images can also be obtained by contacting Atom by telephone or email, during office hours. The contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
 
 
     


 

Why do I have to provide information before downloading?
Some basic information will be asked before any image can be downloaded. This is simply used by Atom staff in order to track expected editorial coverage for our clients.
 
 
     


 

Will I be charged for this service?
No, the downloading of images is completely free of charge.
 
 
     


 

How can I find out more information about the product/client?
Further information about all of the clients or their products can be found in the press section of this website. This includes latest news, notes to editors, press releases and hyperlinks to client websites. Alternatively, please feel free to contact Atom by telephone or email.
